Jay will also have a critical eye looking for defects or any problems you may not be aware of because of his working knowledge of many aspects of housing such as electrical, plumbing & carpentry (all learned early in life from his father who was a very knowledgeable home builder and experienced in all aspects of home building before there were specialists).
